Amy Kayner

This still is the brief  biography of Pastor Steve's wife.  Not much beside this paragraph has changed, but it was time to take some of the time element from this web site.  So, here is the beginning of the Amy page.  I am hoping that I will eventually get more information to publish here.  (It's not that I don't talk to my wife, because I do.  I just try not to bother her obsessively about MY work. --If you understand "husband-eese"  that means that I have only asked her about it two or three times in 19 months, and keep forgetting to ask her again for more details!)

Amy was born in a hospital in Milwaukee, WI, but lived all of her early life in the same house just outside of West Bend, WI.  Against all odds today, she still has both of her parents (Ken and Helen) still living quite happily under that same roof!  She has an older brother, Joe (who lives and works in NYC), and an older sister, Annette (who lives in West Bend).  Amy also has a neice, Erin, for whom she loves to be the favorite aunt.

If you were to ask Amy what she likes to do, most likely, she would shrug her shoulders and say, "I don't know."  But if you pressed her, one of her favorite hobbies is quilting.  She loves quilting and crafts.  She is in the early middle stages of making herself a flannel quilt.

Amy is currently working at Allegheny Center Alliance Church (ACAC)  as a child care worker.  It's not a lot of hours, but she does love kids, and for right now, spending time, but not a huge amount of time, with kids is a great thing.

I guess that's all for now, but as I remember to ask her, I will reveal more about the wife and best friend of Pastor Steve.  It's really worth the wait, trust me!
